I would agree. I am looking forward to the coffee in Italy and the bread in France. Italian Croissants are to bready for me.

I would agree. Of all the places I have been in the world, French bread is the best followed by Vietnamese ( mainly because the french taught them how to bake)

Yes we have only one SIL however would like to leave most of ours to our son.

I have noticed when I use stone ground white, and then add 10% stone ground Emmer flour the starter goes nuts.

We have thought about it. If we still have a house at that time we intend to transfer it to someone we wish to leave it too, with an agreement we can continue to reside.
