I’m not sure why, but I had 2 interactions w/ women who were complete strangers today that positively changed my whole day. Just—incredibly kind & complimentary exchanges that were completely authentic.

Trying to get some cleaning done. It’s good to have a motivating excuse to apply this anxious dread-fueled energy into something positive, at least in my immediate surroundings.
