Did you know? Those seizures that we consider “typical” and the ones we see in media and whatnot are not the only ones, or even the most common kind. Those are called tonic-clonic seizures, and used to be called grand mal.

My jaw surgery in ~2010. The main aim was to see if it would help my migraines. It didn’t, but the gained superpower of smell, and pursuing my health overall, was definitely a turning point for me.

*That*; it's not even the *close* connections that it hits hardest. I've had two relationships I met through Twitter, one of which has lasted nine years - but she isn't going anywhere. It's the hundreds of weaker connections that get demolished, like lighting a pile of social capital on fire.

My dream was extra poetic last night and used a favorite line from Alarcon’s The Fugitive:
