I wanted to provide an update to everyone on the status of the Discord server. I have shared Framework's stance in regards to Omarchy and Hyprland here: # framework-discussion › •
Considering this, moderators have taken a hiatus and I totally
honor and respect their decision to do so.
Our Discord has thrived thanks to the dedication and deep care that our moderators have put into this community. I will be pausing the server so that I can make the necessary changes needed to properly moderate in a way that will not negatively impact community discussions or our moderation team.
I want to be clear, this is not me, nor Framework censoring your discussions. I encourage you to continue to have these discussions on our Forum and Reddit.

Amusingly, the feverish investment into data centers comes as AI adoption has *already* passed its peak in Enterprise, the AI companies themselves admit hallucination is ubfixable, and studies are revealing that workslop is not merely low-value but actually negative value for companies using AI.

"Workslop" was the logical outcome of productivity maxxing

I've seen some outbreaks of toxic positivity before, but the way some people in the Ruby community contort themselves into olympic-level mental gymnastics to not see the plainly obvious thing and are pretending "Ruby Central is doing their best" is truly spectacular.
