BREAKING: The Idaho Supreme Court has issued a unanimous opinion largely in favor of the ballot initiative group in the lawsuit over the initiative that would restore abortion access. The justices ordered AG Raul Labrador to submit a new ballot title and revised fiscal impact statement by Monday.
