My 19 year old took a trip to Portland a couple weeks ago & when not at the music festival spent a good chunk of time e-biking around the whole city with his uncle. It’s weird that he never mentioned the war and only talked about how much fun he had. I’m gonna have to ask him for some more details.

I don’t have the kind of personal experience you do, but I have seen my Dad grit his teeth in a restaurant and declare he would have a clearly autistic kid “under control” if he were his father around the same time I started to realize he is likely on the spectrum himself.

Everyone constantly brings up high functioning adults with autism, but RFK is too dumb to know the differences in autism levels. He's talking about the only autism he knows of.

And he's not wrong. There are reasons you don't see many low functioning adults at that age.
