Minnesotans are peacefully exercising their First Amendment rights. What concerns me is ICE's policy of provocation. Reckless, unreasonable, and poorly trained ICE agents are escalating situations that don’t need to escalate. That’s exactly why this surge needs to end.

ICE came to the Twin Cities claiming “safety” and delivered chaos instead. Their reckless actions are unacceptable. That’s why we’re taking this fight to the courts, to stop this federal surge and defend the rights and safety of our communities.

Blocking state access only deepens public distrust and undermines this investigation. Minnesota deserves transparency. Renee deserves justice.
