You can argue the merits of deporting Marcelo—a young man brought here at age 5—if you want to. But this is someone we should be proud to call American. He’s solid on every level. And if you’re really a Christian, you should be lifting him up, not casting him out.

The same tactics are being used. They get rid of key people, replace them with allies and make everyone work more than one job as they lay off as many people as possible - they reap as much money from the company as they can and shaft everyone who has been working there for years. Sound familiar?

…I experienced this personally when I worked for Healthsouth Rehab Hospital in Colorado Springs: it made national news how that chain was bought and dramatically taken to its knees by investors who gutted it. This is what I am feeling right now about our federal government….

This is what I think is currently happening to our federal government. “Slash & Burn” is a method that is commonly used by investors who want to make as much money as possible off of a purchase, with absolutely no qualms about how they do it.
