Elon Musk’s staffers have gained access to the computer systems at the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), claiming to use that access to search for programs and staff linked to diversity policies.

Crucial SF-50 forms, detailing job titles, salaries, and Social Security numbers, have disappeared from a federal database managed by the Office of Personnel Management.

Letitia James of New York, along with 11 other state attorneys general, announced plans to sue over a cost-cutting initiative that gave young aides to Elon Musk extensive access to critical federal computer systems.
