I came here originally to solicit advice or sympathy or complain or something but laying it all out, it's quite clear. If I want the best chance of not getting sicker for ALC I stay right here on the couch now and do no riding. I'll have to not meet my annual mileage goal or make it up later. 4/5

I have to go to a memorial service this afternoon followed by a dress rehearsal for Advent Lessons and Carols, tomorrow I have to sing at the usual service in the morning and then ALC in the afternoon. My voice felt strained from just rehearsal Thurs, which I now see was the start of all this. 3/5

I'm supposed to #Zwift today. A lot. Really I was supposed to ride 100 miles between yesterday, today, and tomorrow. And maybe fit in a redo of the TT I got 3rd in on Wed, my legs cooked from Zwift Racing League the night before, in two hours. I don't want to do that or even ride at all. 2/5

We got home a few hours ago, J just finished up his run on the basement treadmill and I'm about to go down to get my ride in (it's tight quarters for two simultaneously). We're not going anywhere else except maybe to walk the dogs. It's still really blowing and coming down. Be safe y'all. 2/2

It's fine; I'm fine. I've had sore pects from doing pushups before so that's not that odd.

I can't say I've ever noticed my obliques hurting. 3x of 20s side planks per side must be enough, especially with dreading moving to 3x yielding skipping it for weeks.

It's almost certainly good for me. 3/3

At first just 1x through each super set was hard. I worked my way up to 2x, and last time, weeks ago, concluded it was time to move to 3x. So of course I didn't do it again for weeks and finally got myself to do it yesterday.

I made it 3x and felt good!

Today though: Obliques & pects on fire. 2/3
