I've been learning about the civil rights movement in the US since 2015 - but yet I still read about events I've not come across before which angers and shocks me so much. Only two chapters in and I've already cried and sworn a lot. To me that's the right kind of white rage.

I honestly can't remember the last time I cooked up a roast. Pimped up the cauliflower cheese with the little bit of brie I had left. And yes, it's got a healthy coating of onion gravy going on.

Have been on endo and birth control medications (not at the same time) to try and get my period under control before I have my op (no idea when that's happening...)

I've been fighting the urge to get McD's fries all night. I kept in mind the amount of times they've been disappointing - so I cooked up some king prawn gyoza with crispy chilli instead. Om nom nom.

First time having Jamaican food (for free) - spicy mutton, rice, roast potatoes, fried dumplings, Brussels sprouts, carrots and gravy. Absolutely delicious and still have some left. Bring on the chicken, salad and boozy cake over the next few days.

I worked out earlier that on average I get through 18 toilet rolls per month. I would say that's crazy, but thanks to my severe endo... I normally get the aloe vera scented rolls, but felt like a change and I love watermelon.

So I set up a bar tab for my dad to get a few meals for free. Wasn't expecting them to make a birthday cake for him! Would've preferred to have gone up to Tranent to celebrate with him, but my health is so bad nowadays to the point where it just can't work.
