Easy Pumpkin Pie

Blend together:
1 (29 oz) can pumpkin purée
3 cups canned coconut milk
1/4 cup applesauce
2 Tbsp Kendra’s Kreations Vanilla Extract
1 cup sugar
8 Tbsp cornstarch
4 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp salt

Pour into two 9" pie shells
Bake at 400°F for 30m
Chill 4 hrs
