I am having such bad anxiety. The political climate in the US is dogshit. I am terrified. I don't know what news to trust or what's true but I feel like my life is going to be put in the hands of maniacs. I keep having to fight off the urge to retch and vomit randomly.

I've mopped the house and wiped the countertops and vacuumed the rugs and it's just hit two. I got a load of laundry going and two more ready to go.
