I have now been in labour for almost 80 hours lol
I have been in labour for 48 hours and I have been told I am still "not grumpy enough" to warrant going to the hospital, despite very strong contractions every 5 minutes for the last 16 hours lol

I dont understand the media diet my parents are consuming that they are still both-sidesding Israel / Palestine. When they are so profoundly left wing on every other issue. They both get their info from different places and routinely squabble too

I got my very first grey hair today. I am so excited. I have loved silver hair since childhood, I used to ask hairdressers to make my hair grey when I was 5

I've asked, off-handedly, many times during ultrasounds what my baby's head is measuring. Here are the responses I've got.
"Well, what's done is done."
"Don't worry about that."
"Let's not focus on the number, it only stresses mothers out."
"Nothing we can do about it now."
...lord help me.

I've asked, off-handedly, many times during ultrasounds what my baby's head is measuring. Here are the responses I've got.

I honestly think the years (decades?) of Serious Critique of Problematic Media has left people a little unable to cope with the very normal and human reaction "i think this just sucks aesthetically/stylistically"

One of the challenges of this age is these guys are basically moral chimpanzees and the rest of us have to both deal with the America they create while also protecting universal truths for ourselves to draw from AND for these people to rediscover someday.
