After flipping a district that’s been red since the 2010 midterms, in her 1st term Rep Underwood was the primary sponsor of 4 bills that became law with a GOP POTUS & a GOP-majority Senate, but rarely receives recognition or media attention compared to ineffective legislators like Bernie & AOC.
