I would like to once again emphasise that the ET entirely exonerated (and indeed went out of its way to say it was doing so) the trans woman who has been so publicly monstered in this case.
Still not seen the full judgment, but notably the ET dismissed the harassment claim against Rose Henderson, the trans woman in the Darlington Nurses case.

Yet another trans woman who has been publicly demonised after doing nothing wrong.

Is this a precursor to sex in the 1992 regs being changed to the definition in the Equality Act after the SC ruling? As far as I know, workplace regs should still be defining sex as per the GRA. I know this isn’t binding, but I can imagine it will be used in the future.

“It also raises questions about how you balance the protections from discrimination both women and transgender people have” - surely however you choose to define “woman” there’s overlap between these two groups? BBC doing fuck all to beat the systemic transphobia allegations

Seattle Voice Lab - it's kinda pricey (£115ish a session) but I had my intro lesson yesterday and I'm hoping it keeps going well
