Saw a reel today for saucisson et lentiles and I thought that would make a great dinner. Took myself to the store to make it. Damned if I can remember who posted the recipe but I’ll fret about that after I’m done eating. Not pictured: head of treviso about to get sautéed with some bacon.

Heading back to work on Monday so I’m starting cooking for the week today. Making a batch of red pepper sauce to keep on hand throughout the week.
