Apple has opted iOS and MacOS users into an AI photo scanning feature which tries to extract landmarks from your photos called Enhanced Visual Search by default with little notice.

i haven't watched this yet so maybe it's mentioned in the video, but i highly recommend using @laylavish.bsky.social 's blocklist for google/bing/ddg, genuinely cuts out like 90+% of the cancer. she's working on a youtube blocklist too which I'm highly anticipating! github.com/laylavish/uB...
