Today, my Dad would have been 100. He attended the University of New Brunswick and had an illustrious career on the basketball team. His picture is in the Sports Hall of Fame in Fredericton. He died in 2019. I miss him a lot.

Went to a production of Misery yesterday. The acting was superb and the set design was amazing... a circular stage to show 3 different rooms. But the lady beside me (part of our group) kept laughing at various parts and I'm afraid it set me off too!

I am making an apple cake today in a bundt pan. It's in the oven and smells delicious! I am also making mini crab/Swiss cheese quiches. These are all for my meeting tomorrow.

My husband is in London, ON today watching the World Curling. Today is the Scot Whyte vs the Canadian Dunstone. He met Whyte and his Vice at the ticket booth today..said that was well worth the trip.

One of our beautiful swans has been killed by an animal....either a coyote or a mink. It's likely the mink because they go in the water. I have seen it. Our community is in mourning. She was 19 years old.
