Maybe I’m wrong, but it worries me that this post, the most important one I’ve made in a while because slashing Medicaid is the worst thing they have a chance of accomplishing legislatively, has less than 100 “likes.” The “reposts” are OK, but I worry our priorities are still cockeyed.

The question in public policy terms is better framed as, "What should the requirements be for trans people to be legally treated as their acquired gender?" Doctor's note? Medical transition? Surgery? Etc. It's not "are trans women actually women?"
