I realize the post office becoming privatized is going to be awful for rural places and people will lose jobs and pensions, but when they can’t even get a package from one town over to the next and it’s been over a week, my sympathy is out the window.

Ok so I had an excellent Dr do my surgery and he literally prepared me for everything I’d face. He said the weekend would be a rollercoaster and Monday would be difficult for screen time, but vision would be significantly better than the weekend. Besides being so reassuring, he’s also a psychic.

being able to see without glasses or contacts is wild.... i mean it takes a like a month to get exactly clear vision, but its so significantly better than before

Unconsciously I decided to completely change up my skin, hair, and apparently nail care this year. It wasn't a resolution, it just started becoming more detailed with added steps, taking longer, and doing it every night. A lot of it I think has to do with being in my 40s and not wanting to be.
