This is BAD. TERRIFYING. I work in special education, ALL SPED LAW IS ENFORCED FEDERALLY, not by the states! All protections and services for kids with disabilities would go away. And NO it can’t just be figured out at the state level, b/c Alabamas we dept is BROKEN
