IMO putting ads (especially gambling ads) in an official transit app is just straight up a bad practice. I know the idea is to bring in extra revenue but it distracts from critical information. Ads on transit are fine, but if they disrupt crucial information then they should be removed entirely.

What about compared to say, Taipei 101? The former leader? (Top floor 438m (1,437 ft))

To be honest, I would love to see what the Burj Khalifa has in terms of fire protection considering its top floor is 585m (1,921ft). [The structure itself tops at 830m (2,722 ft)]

Dubai has so many super tall skyscrapers that the fire department uses heavy duty drones (tethered to very long hoses powered by extremely powerful pumps) to douse flames on high floors.

If Amtrak wants to juice credit card revenue, focus your bonus points on stuff PEOPLE WITHOUT CARS rely on. Restaurants, Food Delivery, Hotels, Public Transit in major cities, Taxis/Ubers. Don't just reward people for riding Amtrak, reward people for not renting cars after getting off the train.

On the other hand, if you travel frequently on the NE Corridor, it's probably business travel paid by your employer. If it's not out of your own pocket, why should you care?

If you live in the middle-of-nowhere America and your only choices are a long, exhausting drive to the nearest major airport or Amtrak, Amtrak may sound appealing, but you're not going to sign up for Guest Rewards for a once or twice a year trip.

We shouldn't allow write-in's. If you hate both candidates vote for neither.

I know Egypt doesn't want to get involved, but they are in a unique position to flood Gaza with aid. They have an obligation to do so. If Israel insists on stopping them by force, then everything is off the table. UN expulsion, diplomatic and economic isolation. Bibi's only ally is the White House.

SIMPLE THINGS.
FOOD. WATER. MEDICAL SUPPLIES.
These are basic needs, not materials to make weapons.
The fact that Israel is blocking basic needs is not at matter of national security. This is a deliberate act of collective punishment and Genocide.
