If 20 people are using a program, it helps 10 people who need it and the other 10 are benefiting despite not needing it…the program is good. This isn’t a debate.
And the actual ratios on real programs are an order of magnitude weighted more towards the people who need it

Ultimately it's probably the best album front to back of the classic era, but none of the all time great Queen songs are to be found there.
