I'm sorry, but what's wrong with giving health care to immigrants? Republicans don't even want to give health care to citizens, but I don't understand the argument against keeping people who contribute billions of dollars to the economy healthy. It's also less expensive in the long run.

Lots of white progressives focus on class because they think class transcends race. You can read this as well-meaning but mistaken or as part of the problem. I think it's part of the problem. Class & race are not two separate things. Only a white progressive can afford to see them as such.
