The best thing I did to improve my aesprite workflow was just... learning all the keybinds I regularly use. The linked image would previously take 20-30 minutes, but knowing keybinds shaved off 5-8 minutes. That adds up when you're making TONS of sprite variations.

My big secret is that the like... top ten games I tell everyone to play? I finished maybe seven of them
Sometimes I just play something and I FUCK with it hard enough to be like: "Yeah, this outclasses anything else I've been playing."
