Time for yet another social media bio! Proud Chamorro and lifelong San Diego resident. Talk to me about…baseball, education, sustainability, cooking, anything pop culture related. She/her.
I can’t decide if that makes me angry or sad, because holy shit that is so pathetic lmao faking a hobby online sounds soooo embarrassing like how do we give those people imposter syndrome lmao

I heard about some crochet Reddit that had major AI drama recently of both AI patterns but also people posting AI creations and claiming they made them, leading to people trying to recreate something that’s literally impossible. Like cheating at hobbies?! Wtf?? Completely defeats the purpose

I certainly hope so, AI feels like something with so much malicious potential and people are just giddily eating it up lol I’m like how are y’all not seeing that this is dangerous and stupid?

Yep, couldn’t agree with you more! It’s been proven to be fake/wrong a million times, so using it shows intense lack of care on your part so why should I trust anything else you’re doing? And like maybe if enough people lose their audience it’ll have an impact? Probably wishful thinking though lol

Ugh I feel you, I pretty much immediate unfollow any creators that get caught with AI/aren’t critical about the usage of it. It can’t create new stuff, it relies on what already exists, so using it as this universal shortcut as is happening now makes zero sense to me lol it’s so bizarre

It’s the best! And yes Goodwill would be so good for cookbooks, love that suggestion. AI slop has ruined online recipes completely, and those can be harder to identify as AI especially if you’re not familiar with cooking and wouldn’t know if things sound off or not

Random rec for those intimidated by cooking: How to Cook Everything by Mark Bittman. It’s massive but written/organized so clearly, almost like a cooking textbook with tips, charts, diagrams, etc. Look for revised 10th anniversary edition or later, usually can find used online for a good price!

Haha omg same, shuffle is always an interesting time because you never know what vibe is coming next lmao

Yesssssss my favorite genre of holiday music lmao I can be festive and shake my ass, best of both worlds 😂

🙏🏼 manifesting this for you 🙏🏼 hahaha

In the kindest way possible, I’m against using AI for pretty much anything the average person uses it for so I truly don’t want to have any conversation beyond discussing how harmful it is and how uneducated the general public is about that harmful impact and ways to combat that.
December 11, 2025 at 7:14 PM
Aw had you write it down, that’s so sweet haha you’re like in my dreams yes, yes he is lmao
December 11, 2025 at 7:06 AM
Thank you for your service!! 😂 that’s amazing haha

I’m seeing consistent deals for like 30% off and quite honestly that’s not even remotely a sale and actually embarrassing to call that a Black Friday sale??? Small businesses is one thing, but major corporations doing it is such a joke lmao

Soooo much family lore on my mom’s side has been born on Thanksgiving, it’s part of why it’s my favorite holiday haha like the year the power went out and a bunch of stuff got cooked on outdoor grills or our obsession with Nicholas cage or being extremely competitive at anything 😂

Oh yes yes thank you, I have a whole system while packing to make sure that doesn’t happen! Those assholes are fully staying out of my new place haha luckily only pest of any kind I’ve seen in my new spot is a little spider and that is normal and easily managed lol

I had multiple cases where the family didn’t pay, the district did because the family sued for academic negligence basically and won. Meaning the district then paid for me to see the student multiple days for hours, which was not cheap lmao and if it’s happening in CA, it’s happening everywhere
