At 10am it was 41° in Tejon CA. "Miguel" tells us, "We are pruning grapevines by hand. This has to be done during the cold season. The work is necessary so the vines will produce fruit during the summer. It's difficult to do as our fingers are stiff from the cold." #WeFeedYou

Cecilia harvests oranges in the Clovis CA area. She earns $23 per 900 lb box. She picks 3 boxes a day on average - 5 on a really good day. As it's been raining a lot, she's been working less. This makes things difficult for her as her rent and bill payments can't wait. #WeFeedYou
