Welcome to small town Ohio. The fact that the BMV allowed this plate absolutely blows my mind. We were barely able to get DEUCE2 for our daughter back in the day. I’m disgusted and tired of playing nice with idiots who think that is something to be celebrated. OHIO BMV DO BETTER!!!!!!
