Local news has now posted video from a neighbor's surveillance cam. It does appear like the officer may have been pushed aside slightly by the bumper as the victim turned to leave.
Again, seems clear from the video that there was no deliberate attempt to run anyone down.

The company also adored locking you into long-term contracts and expensive phone payment plans, making it expensive, annoying, or impossible to switch carriers.

This is critically important. Democrats need to pass it if they retake Congress. Trump will veto it. So pass it again. Campaign on it. Given current polling, corruption of the FBI, and the brutality of ICE and BP, there’s no better time to say, “Federal police are not above the law.”
