Trying really hard to drink 2 and a half of these daily. (=5320mL)
According to my weight, that’s approximately how much water I’m supposed to drink daily. I sometimes make it to 1 (= 2000mL). But apparently it’s not enough specially if I am taking creatine and working out.
It’s hard but I have to.
