I think the reason Tron lacks staying power as a franchise is that the first film really only works as an 80s film. So when you're trying to recapture lightning in a bottle without thinking about how a new film would work years later, it winds up stale.

Casting Jared Leto was the death knell.

You know what? Screw it. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to make one.

Detailed instructions in alt text.

No AI used.

Step 1: Use two rubber bands to bind three corks together. They should look similar to a raft.

Step 2: Stick a toothpick into the middle cork. The toothpick should be pointing upward.

Step 3: Cut out a small piece of construction paper. Stick the toothpick through the bottom of the paper.

OPTIONAL: Draw a picture on the construction paper! If you do this, make sure the picture is face down when you put it on the toothpick.

Step 4: Bend the other end of the paper and stick it through the toothpick. Voila! You have a sail and your ship is complete!

Hi, I'm a trans Californian who reported on the CA bills. This headline is misleading at best. You haven't noted that he has until the 12th to sign the other bills, leaving that out is irresponsible and fearmongers.

People can and should still pressure him on those bills.
