This is not a simple budget increase. It is an explosion - making ICE bigger than the FBI, US Bureau of Prisons, DEA,& others combined.

I am a financial refugee, living happily in MX. A friend who was born in Venezuela, naturalized US citizen--lived there for many many decades, has Medicare. She desperately needs cataract surgery...but is afraid...afraid!...to return to the states. This insanity needs to stop!
