Ahh, the doctor's office billing struggle continues. It's amazing how unhelpful they are. I can't tell if it's evasiveness, or incompetence, or both. AI agents would give me better responses. Crazy making! The irony: It's my psych doc. Why is it so hard to get my ADHD meds?? Pffffft.

Just spent 4 hrs puzzling out bank records, receipts and statements so I could send a kind-but-strongly worded email to my doctor's office because they've been double billing and charging the wrong copay for months.
I now enjoy righteous satisfaction for having done it but also my brain is muuuush.
