Good morning from the dysregulation disco — otherwise known as my classroom over these last two weeks. I am not sure exactly why it's been so rough, but I have my suspicions that the fascism has something to do with it.

This very very very bad. I cannot stress this enough. I said that they crossed the Rubicon with arresting Ras Baraka several months ago. This is very bad and portends more bad things for regular people.

one of my most durable political lessons out of Occupy is: not only is it a bad look to instruct people at protests you are not part what to do based on posts online, it’s bad tactics to order around people with local experience and who are doing countless things you won’t know about from posts

Judge: That's what I'll do. Prohibit federalization or deployment of any NG troops into Oregon. For all reasons in prior opinion. Deployment of federalized military is ultra vires and contrary to law, violating Title 10, section 12406. I also find it's likely that defendants violate 10th Amendment.

Finished the Portland Marathon & opened my phone to see what happened in the 4 hours I was running & he’s trying to deploy the California Nat’l Guard here? I’ll admit I did not see that coming.
