My affirmation today:

“So no, you’re not going to contort yourself into corporate palatability or spiral over a mistake. You’re going to laugh, log off, wear something unhinged, and live like the hot little speck of stardust you are.“

We as a country will save nothing. Federal employee salaries make up just 4% of the budget—roughly $271 billion. So even if every federal worker were fired, that’s the maximum you’d save. Meanwhile, the U.S. House GOP has released a budget that raises the debt limit by $4 trillion.

Environmental design, yes!
I love Reggio Emilia’s concept of the environment as the third teacher. This idea works just as well in early childhood education as it does in a primary school classroom—or even an office. A thoughtfully designed environment can support learning, foster good habits, and boost overall wellbeing.

Hope everyone gets a chance to snerdle at least once this week 🛌
How many things are nicer than wrapping yourself snugly under the covers in bed and ignoring the world for a little longer? That's the meaning of the 18th-century dialect word Snerdle.
