I can't imagine the shame I would feel if one of those officers was my son or my brother or my husband. This is not what the US has become - its the US given licence to be what it has always been. We should all beware. Its not been difficult to unleash it.

I can't imagine the shame I would feel if one of those officers was my son or my brother or my husband. This is not what the US has become - its the US given licence to be what it has always been. We should all beware. Its not been difficult to unleash it.

Here was me thinking we had no freedom of speech here. Take a look at the pictures on this post and tell me Women's Rights are safe and sacrosanct. Otherwise healthy women are dying in USA because they can't get essential care when a pregnancy goes dangerously wrong. This is UK now.

So there you have it. My ex-publishers who last year stopped paying me for the seven books I'd written for them, have today gone back on their promise that some of the money that they owe me and their other authors would come through. I should have guessed.. www.thebookseller.com/news/unbound...

Every year on Memorial Day, I share this video of French caretakers who take sand from Omaha Beach in Normandy, and scrub them into the letters to give them the gold coloring.
They do this for all 9,386 US soldiers who died.
France also gave us this land as American soil.
