What a conclusion to #Pluribus season 1! This show reminded me why I fell in love with television as an art form twenty-some years ago at the beginning of the "prestige TV" era. Along with Severance, Pluribus captured some of that magic I haven't felt with TV in several years.

Three more hours until the #Pluribus finale!
I'm really enjoying #Pluribus. I've been watching each episode twice. Prior shows I rewatched the episodes weekly were Star Trek Discovery, Mr. Robot, and Battlestar Galactica.

I watched the first few seasons of #Survivor in the early 2000s, and came back in the modern era. It's been kind of samey. I fast-forward through the plotting. I went back to season 33 and WOW I'm on the edge of my seat the whole time. The 40-minute episodes are very bingeable.

I was touched by the scene where Carol plots Raban's transition. She's free to write what she wants now.

the broad inability to leave a social media platform owned by a white supremacist and prolific manipulator of public perception really is one of the most discouraging data points right now

My kids haven't noticed yet that I canceled Disney+. So far they haven't asked why we are watching Home Alone or The Muppet Christmas Carol on VHS.

I was about to play but remembered I leant the Clair Obscur to a friend!
Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 won big at the game awards and dropped a huge update as a thank you, including a new area, complete with music, outfits, and enemies, a photo mode, 7 new languages, and performance improvements – it's now verified on Steam Deck. gameinformer.com/2025/12/11/c...

Don't call it a bubble! Loss-making monster OpenAI is on the hook for $1.4 trillion (with a T) in compute commitments. How can this go on?

Rewatching #StrangerThings season 4. Running Up the Hill and the Hellfire Club are great but Hopper, Joyce, and Murray in Russia plot drags on and on. More Eleven flashbacks than I need.
