Not even close. The ICE officer was not hit. He dropped his phone to pull out his gun and shoot her (that's the sound you here), which he did once, and then twice through a side window. Indefensible.

Ok this is genuinely psychotic. Innocent? He shot an unarmed woman twice through a side window and then called her a “fuckin’ bitch,” let her bleed out, and fled the scene.

The ICE agents claim there are medics on site, but witnesses scream that there are no medics present.
