Our conclusion? W/ the right trade policy, dietary changes & approach to land use, we can source the majority of our food via domestic agroecological local food webs.

🥬 Our findings prove that by making changes to our dietary habits we could produce the majority of our food here in the UK through localised, nature-friendly, agroecological food webs, without the need to alter the total area of productive farmland.
