Sheet cake. Icing was a tad thick. Followed the recipe exactly but just have to modify the consistency next time. Think it’s the difference between weight and volume measurements.

I got laid off today, with the rest of 18F.

Yay. It’s time to make the very traditional scotched-up Irish Norwegian-American rip-off stroganoff. I’m sure it’d make a proper Slav cry but I added in some dill and it’s pretty tasty with the mushrooms and sour cream.

More bread. Looks a bit better this time because I had a little bit of butter to put on top. Looking forward to getting outside when it gets warmer.

Made up a batch of bread today.
Had some mixed nuts laying around so I made up a batch of honey glazed nuts. Think it only took about five minutes in a frying pan after mixing the ingredients together. It’s best to let them sit for about a day but half of them were gone before I took this picture.
