Catching up on my timeline for today, I feel like there’s some synchronicity between these two posts even if they’re about different industries. When you don’t understand what you’re in charge of, you’re likely going to fail.
This is where we note that the massive conglomerate that owns Sapporo is not, like the massive conglomerates that own other booze brands, primarily in the booze business. Mitsui is mostly chemicals and heavy industry (and Toshiba). Them not knowing you can't brew lager at an ale works is no surprise
