It's sort of a cool, cool summer, so far. Through the first 1/2 of July, San Diego is running 1.3° cooler than normal. Oceanside is 0.7° below, Ramona 1.1° below. Last year, all were warmer than normal, & Ramona didn't have a single July high under 90. It's had 8 this month. #sandiegoweather #CAwx
