Someone said to me this week I am very young to lose a parent. I think in the midst of all this pain I have to recognise that no, it’s not normal, he was too young and should have had many years left. Just have to get through this day by day

Had a missed call in the gym. Have taken a parcel for a neighbour so I called it back in case it was them: nothing. They then called me back saying “who are ya? You’ve called me three times and hung up”. What?!!

Haven’t been swimming outdoors for a good few months and have had every single illness going… almost like the two are linked

A lot of attention gets paid to the great writing and acting in THE WHITE LOTUS but I also want to emphasize how much the show works just because it looks and sounds great. The show is a consistent pleasure to look at and hear in a way most TV shows aren't.

So on the new balance site, when you look for trainers for women it’s under “walking and hiking” but for men it’s “running”… um, why?!
