Folks in LA please be careful and refer to this guide for protest gear from Hong Kong’s 2018 anti-extradition protest, in case you need some helpful, well-tested gear suggestions against heavily armed police that are liberal with tear gas.

I discovered 2 things today:

1) I'm not into Hemingway
2) Blackout poetry is therapeutic.

(It's my 1st attempt, be gentle with me)

Hi friends: My novel comes out in August and I need help promoting it. Would anyone like to take a copy to your favorite indie bookshop and ask if they'd consider recommending it on the Indie Next List? You can post here or private message, and thank you in advance.

Oh, hey. I got first place in my group for a story about frogs revolting against the monarchy (a thinly veiled dig at the working class rising up against the elites). Vive la résistance! And congrats to everyone moving on.

I want to find:

1) A group of writers who meet online 1 or 2 hrs per wk or fortnight;
2) Perhaps the depressed & mad writers who wilfully carve up bits of themselves as an offering to their stories;
3) Also, the witch authors, those willing to stir up demons and cast spells.
