My personal BlueSky etiquette:
1. If I make up a fake social media post, it will be in dark mode.
2. If I make up a fake pleading, it won't be in dark mode because that would look silly. Look for context clues.
3. I will quote skeet Mitch, he's a big boy. He can handle it.

2. When possible, I link to materials that do not have a paywall;
3. When possible, I react to insulting inflammatory responses by blocking; and

Chicago: Field Museum is cool. Soldier Field looks like a crappy spaceship from the outside. And there's a bar in Wrigleyville which has a batting cage attached (which is as bad of an idea as it sounds, but really fun).

Plaintiffs will argue that Sanchez was in Indy for work purposes which makes him on-the-clock. I don't know if Indiana has a case like that. One case I know of Connes v. Molalla Transp. Sys., Inc., 817 P.2d 567 (Colo. App. 1991) where trucker raped a hotel clerk while on the road employer not liable

Here's an Indiana case with worse facts and no employer liability. Employee on-shift sneaking out to car to drink alcohol. Gets into dispute with co-worker and leaves before end of shift. Causes car accident, killing other driver.

Lawsuit filed by Perry Tole against Mark Sanchez and Fox. I'm not an Indiana attorney, but under 317, the employers aren't responsible for torts occurring off the clock, away from work premises and not using work items.
