I made a map of La-Mulana!

I've tried to hand-draw every nook and cranny of the ruins. There are still a couple things to touch up, and I'm sure I made some mistakes; let me know if you notice any. 💕

Thread on Jay Bhattacharya's weak scientific bona fides. Let's look at his CV.

Too many scientists are saying "Bhattacharya has NIH funding, he can't be that bad."

No. He wants revenge. He hasn't gotten an NIH grant since 2017, and the two grants then were only as a stats/econ consultant.

Visual from COGR (Council on Governmental Relations), tracking federal regulations + policies that impact how contacts & grants are managed. In my over 20 years in the #researchadministration biz, I can attest that the complexity of these requirements has grown tremendously #idcmatters #scipol

Last night I found out that the NSF math postdoctoral fellowship I applied for is being deleted because it does not comply with Trump’s executive orders on DEI in the federal government. I’m going to answer some FAQs and share some thoughts about this ordeal in this thread 1/n

#WritingTip:
You can always fix bad pages. You can’t fix no pages.

Write. Just write.

The most important thing in writing is to finish. A finished thing can be fixed. A finished thing can be published. A finished thing can be made into a movie.

An unfinished thing is just a dream. And dreams fade if you don't hold on tight enough.

So finish the thing.
