I kinda love when a band that isn’t the headliner comes up, everyone’s talking through their like first couple songs and everyone’s hanging outside or near the bar and then slowly everyone makes their way in front of the stage and shuts up to listen. This is what just happened with Chris Cohen.

I think this means I can unlock new depths of meaning in The National’s catalogue. Looking forward to a full relisten of their catalogue to discover new levels of sadness.

Also, cheers to whomever did the closed captions; it looks like they had fun. Idk what the difference is exactly between CCs on Dropout shows vs other networks/streaming services, there’s just a human touch to it that’s been very noticeable. This quality is consistent with all other Dropout shows.
