Final Fantasy Tactics est une œuvre politique à portée universelle, la preuve : en 2025 plus encore qu'en 1997, son propos lugubre sur les élites déliquescentes est tout à fait d'actualité. Cette remasterisation est donc plus que bienvenue, malgré ses quelques manquements.

La sortie du 7e album Distant Worlds: music from Final Fantasy est une belle surprise : elle permet enfin d'écouter quelques grands thèmes de FFXVI avec un vrai orchestre. Et Emi Evans sur la chanson Distant Worlds de FFXI, quelle sublime idée !

L'album cachait en réalité une belle surprise : l'annonce d'une tournée de concerts pour piano de la série NieR ! Et c'est pour très bientôt : pour la France, le 19 avril à Paris (dans la très belle salle Gaveau) et le 9 mai à Lyon. Places en vente le 19 février à 14h.

Un nouvel album piano de la série NieR a été annoncé par Square Enix : NieR: Piano Journeys, interprété par Benyamin Nuss. Il contient 10 morceaux tirés de NieR, NieR: Automata et NieR Re[in]carnation (liste à voir sur le site). Sortie en CD le 16 avril 2025.
