New data shows:

⭕️ more than one third of adults do not meet the guidelines for aerobic physical activity
⭕️ less than half of adults meet the guidelines for strengthening activity
⭕️ almost one-third of children & young people in 2023 were inactive, doing less than 30 mins of activity per day
